Job Description

As a Sales Admin Executive, you play a vital role in the company’s sales process in line with Luxe Print’s reputation of delivering a high level of client service to our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Handling of sales enquires, that includes sourcing, analysing of costs and revenues, prepare a quotation, follow up on sales inquiries
  • Working closely with the design and production teams, to ensure that the products and services are successfully delivered to the client.
  • Sales support duties such as handling customer enquiries, quotations, data entry, and preparation of shipment documents
  • Establish and maintain excellent relationship with existing and new customers.
  • Following up with suppliers to ensure orders successfully fulfilled.
  • When needed, assist the accounting department for payment collection.
  • As we are a small company, ad hoc duties if needed

Requirements:

The person must have the following characteristics –

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Fresh or relevant experience in Sales Administration/ Customer Service/ Order Fulfilment
  • Prior working experience in media or print industry will be an added advantage
  • Working knowledge in MS Office
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Description:

Our services and products include the designing and the creating / printing of business cards, desktop calendars, brochures, pamphlets, e-cards, and all the “Wow” stuff that pushes our clients’ brand to a higher level.

Requirements:

The person must have the following characteristics –

  • be driven, a real go-getter,
  • have good interpersonal skills
  • enjoys dealing with all clients
  • be able to operate a simple accounting system (Xero) for your client’s billing purposes

Better still if, you also have the following experience –

  • door-to-door sales, or face-to-face sales interactions (ie. you are used to meeting and talking to new people)
  • spent some time in the printing industry and how it works.

But most importantly, even if you do not have the experience, we are looking for a candidate with the right attitude.

Job Description:

We are looking for someone with a creative flair to create designs that ‘Wow’. You are also a go-getter with the right learning attitude, always hungry to learn and try new things. The role of the Graphic Designer covers the crucial roles between design (print and digital) and production processes. You will have the opportunity to learn from and work with a team of senior designers who have many years of experience spanning diverse clients across multiple industries.

Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualise and produce creative design and products such as brochures, greeting cards and desktop calendars, social media, digital media and more
  • Prepare final artwork (FA) for print
  • Support and assist with any ad hoc duties and projects

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of graphic design experience (fresh grads are welcome to apply)
  • Impress us with your porfolio, let your creative work do the talking!
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite softwares (inDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop)
  • Basic experience in 2D animation (After Effect) is a plus

Job Description:

The role of Printing Executive covers the areas of maintaining the company’s digital print and production process. As an integral part of the company’s main service of creating high quality prints such as business cards, desktop calendars, brochures, pamphlets, e-cards, and all the “Wow” stuff that pushes our clients’ brand to a higher level.

You will handle machines such as Ricoh digital printer, guillotine (commercial paper cutter), lamination machine and binding machine, and much more.

The role also encompasses final artwork, having an attention to detail and doing minor changes to the last approved version of a digital file before it is sent to print.

Requirements:

  • be driven, a real go-getter,
  • able to work in tight deadlines,
  • have the right learning attitude,
  • able to carry relative heavy loads (eg. paper packages)

Preferably, you also have the following experience –

  • spent some time in the printing industry and how it works.
  • handling similar printing machines.
  • done some final artwork.
